Umm what is the problem. I just went and looked and you are a E-1 and in the right user group. Has anything changed since you posted this?

No he is wondering how he moves up in rank.That is not what he asked. It appears as though it is possible that someone changed his access after he posted. At least that is what I make of it.

Yeah I posted, and by the time I was done typing it, I was changed to full member. LOL Now thats service!

I was in the process of taking care of it. when he posted. That is when I saw the email that was sent.
